What types of cases do you offer for rent?
We offer high-quality display case suitable for trade shows, events, and temporary exhibitions.
How does the rental process work?
It’s simple! Just browse our available case corresponding to the event, and add to cart to rent. We will share further details via email.
Do you provide delivery and pick-up services?
All cases will be delivered prior to the show if booth information was entered correctly during the rental process. Cases will also be available for pick-up at the Zion Cases booth before and during the event. If the cases are not at your booth before the doors open, please see a Zion Cases representative at the Zion Cases booth. At the end of the show, we will pick up your cases at your booth and please do not leave cases unattended. (See section 1 in Terms & Conditions) You also have the option to return the display cases to the Zion Case booth during or at the end of the event.
Can I rent cases for multiple days or events?
Display cases are rented for the entire length of the event. A shorter duration rental option is available onsite at the show if display cases are available
Am I responsible for the items stored in the display cases?
Yes. Zion Case Rentals holds no liability for any damage or theft incurred to items stored within or around the display cases rented at a venue. It is the renter/vendor’s responsibility to ensure the security of their belongings. Zion Case Rentals shall not be held accountable for any losses arising from such incidents (See Section 1 of Terms & Conditions)
What if the case is damaged during my rental?
Any damage to the case during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter. We inspect each case before and after rental. If damage occurs, repair or replacement charges may apply. (See Section 1 of Terms & Conditions)
